About The
Role :

Responsible for leading all scrum ceremonies for multiple projects

Facilitate and schedule all scrum ceremonies (i.e., kick-offs, Grooming, Daily Standups, Retrospective, etc.,)

Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Partner with many internal teams, including Product, Design, Web and Mobile

Manage multiple projects concurrently

Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to timelines.

Effectively disseminate relevant project information throughout the organization.

Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely manner.

Track and improve team velocity, ensuring the delivery of high-quality deliverables.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Provide regular updates to stakeholders, including status reports, KPIs, and progress on deliverables.

Proven experience in managing projects and delivering results within scope, budget, and time.

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, AzureDevOps).

Certification in Scrum (CSM, PSM) and/or Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.

5+ years of experience in a Scrum Master or Project Manager role

Maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations

Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and scope changes to ensure project success.
