What You'll Be Responsible For.

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as the daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint review, sprint retrospective, and refinements..

Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the squads progress..

Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions..

Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time..

Ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles..

Work with squads to run experiments that support continuous improvement goals..

Play a key role in transforming the company's culture towards adopting agile methodologies based on transparency, trust, and high-level collaboration..

Work within organizational constraints to maximize agility and measure progress towards growing maturity..

Facilitate conversations to resolve conflicts within the Scrum..

Work with people leaders to ensure they have appropriate knowledge of the needs of their direct reports to be successful members of Agile teams..

Work to resolve blockers on behalf of the team to remove blockers when necessary..

Be an active and enthusiastic contributor to the Agile community and partner with other Agilists in growing Agile knowledge among teams, leaders, and stakeholders..

What You'll Bring To Maropost.

Exp 7 to 10 year and minimum 4-year of relevant experience as a Scrum Master..

Have at least one certification from the Scrum Alliance or http://Scrum.org :CSM and/or PSM is mandatory..

Have applicable experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or comparable role..

Understand Scrum theory and the relationship of Scrum to Agile..

Understands the importance of being a leader who serves, focusing on helping teams improve..

Well versed with facilitation techniques and coaching techniques..

Experience in implementing additional frameworks such as Kanban, DevOps, Lean, XP, SAFe, LeSS..

Have experience working with cross-functional software development teams..

Proficient with JIRA, Azure DevOps, Rally, or other tools used to visualize the work of Agile working teams..

Proficient in MS Tools- Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc..

Well versed with Software Development Life Cycle and Testing Life Cycle Methodology and practices..

Hands-on communicating with Technical and Non-Technical audiences to facilitate the discussions..
