Job Title: HR Generalist

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Generalist to support our Human
Resources department. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in HR roles within the
IT sector, a passion for employee engagement, and the ability to maintain confidentiality
while handling sensitive information. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented
individual who can effectively communicate with employees across all levels of the
organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Engagement & Communication:
● Serve as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and
procedures.
● Promote employee engagement through activities, initiatives, and well-being
programs.
● Foster open communication channels to ensure employee feedback is heard and
addressed.




HR Administration & Records Management:
● Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy, security, and
confidentiality.
● Assist with onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for employees.
● Handle the preparation and distribution of HR-related documentation.
Payroll & Benefits Administration:
● Process payroll and administer employee benefits accurately and on time.
● Ensure timely enrollment and management of employee benefits, including health
insurance and leave entitlements.
Compliance & Policy Adherence:
● Support compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and industry regulations.
● Assist in the development and revision of HR policies and procedures.
Performance Management & Employee Development:
● Support performance review processes, goal-setting, and feedback mechanisms.
● Facilitate employee training and development initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications :
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication to effectively
engage with employees at all levels.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word,
Excel, PowerPoint).
Confidentiality: Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and
integrity.
HR Knowledge: Basic understanding of labor laws, HR compliance, and best
practices.
Problem-Solving: Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.




Time Management: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced
environment.
Qualifications :
Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a
related field.
Experience: 3 to 7 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar
role, preferably in the IT sector.
HR Practices: Familiarity with the latest HR practices, including payroll and benefits
administration.
Location :
Coimbatore (Work from office)
