We are looking for a full-time Senior Relationship Manager for the North America region to join the passionate Codingal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the retention, renewals and referrals of the student
• Engage and preserve the existing customers and cultivate long-term relationships
• Interact with customers via calls and messages
• Document the queries of the parents and manage to solve them in time
• Maintain the feedback from the parents and ensure the proper action is taken in time
• Generate testimonials from the parents and students
• Delight customers by proactively resolving their issues

Required skills:

• Proficiency in English language
• Excellent communication and interpersonal Skills
• Past experience in customer success or sales is preferred
• Customer satisfaction focus: Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills
• Quick query response and resolution.
• Competent time management skills
• Experience of 3+ years mandatory

Education:

• Graduates in IT & Computer Science are preferred

Salary: CTC of 15L-20L (6L-8L fixed + lucrative monthly incentives + stock options)

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore, India

Please note that this is an in-person role, with no remote option available. Since this role requires serving the North America customers, office timings will be 10pm-8am IST with flexibility.
