Role - Practice Leader, Pharma and LifeSciences Analytics

About the Role:

The Practice Leader will play a pivotal role in owning & driving practice strategy, innovation, and operational efficiency within our pharmaceutical and medical technology service offerings group. This individual will bring 12+ years of experience in both the Pharma/MedTech industries and in analytics consulting to offer in-depth subject expertise, manage critical stakeholder relationships, and provide strategic insights that help guide complex decision-making processes.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Industry Expertise:

- Serve as a subject matter expert for pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device industries, with deep understanding of regulatory environments, market dynamics, and product lifecycle management.

Analytics & Insights:

- Utilize advanced analytics to derive actionable insights across various business functions (e.g., market access, commercial strategy, R&D, supply chain, etc.). Lead data-driven initiatives that improve operational and clinical outcomes.

Consulting Leadership:

- Provide strategic direction for client-facing projects, leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality consulting services in areas such as market access, competitive intelligence, product development, regulatory affairs, and post-market surveillance.

Solution Development:

- Design and implement customized solutions for clients based on industry best practices, leveraging advanced analytics tools such as predictive modeling, data visualization, and machine learning.

Market Research & Trends Analysis:

- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes.

- Provide forward-looking insights and strategic recommendations to clients and internal teams.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree (BE / BTech - CS) from Tier I / II universities like IIT's / NIT's and MBA from Top Tier B-schools (IIM) preferred.

- 12-18 Years of Experience in the Pharma / Medtech / LifeSciences industry, with a track record of success in strategic leadership roles.

- Deep understanding of Pharma operations, technology trends, and regulatory requirements.

- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans, drive business growth, and deliver value to clients.

- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

- Strategic mindset, with the ability to think critically, analyze complex problems, and develop innovative solutions.

- Experience working in a global environment and understanding of international regulatory standards and market dynamics.
