Roles and Responsibilities :

- Work closely with Sigmoid's Sales organization to organize & manage Growth & presales activities across Global geographies for new customer acquisition

- Build & lead Sigmoid's capability showcasing and drive data-analytics vision setting with target stakeholder personas

- Strategic Problem Solving - Lead client workshops where broad vision and ambiguous business problems are articulated to be solved through data science and AI

- Bid manage and author RFP, RFQ, and RFI responses by analyzing, qualifying, and rewriting requests to align with customer needs and company capabilities

- Contribute to capability building through capturing the right market demand trends & influencing R&D and innovation within the company

- Define business problems concisely, consolidate the findings and hypothesize the proposed solutions. Measure and articulate how solutions and results improve clients' objectives

- Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to provide strategic input to the sales and product teams

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree (BE / BTech - CS) from Tier I / II universities like IIT's / NIT's and MBA from Top Tier B-schools (IIM) preferred

- 10-15 years of professional work experience in Management Consulting or relevant business environment, with >6 Years of experience delivering transformational value in Consumer Goods or Retail organizations

- Should have working knowledge within 2 or more CPG functional areas like Demand Planning, Marketing Analytics, Customer Analytics, Pricing & Promotions, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Manufacturing Analytics, etc.

- Excellent storyboarding, narration & powerpoint development skills

- Proven exceptional problem-solving analytical skills with an ability to blend creativity and logical thought to innovatively think through a problem and develop solutions

- Ability to develop and articulate strategic recommendations based on rigorous data analysis

- Demonstrated sustained client relations management experience at a C-suite level or operated at a senior management level in the industry role

Desired Skills:

Understanding of applications of statistical and machine learning algorithms

Strong project management and team management skills and ability to work with global teams

Any hands on quantitative experience with analytic tools

A self-starter who can work well with minimal guidance
