ServiceNow Developer - ITSM/ITOM Modules (3-5 yrs)

Job Description :

Role : ServiceNow Developer (ITSM and ITOM)

Experience : 3 to 5 years

Key Skills : IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), ServiceNow Development

Responsibilities :

- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules, primarily ITSM and ITOM.

- Implement workflows, scripts, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.

- Work with ITOM modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB.

- Integrate ServiceNow with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize ServiceNow performance.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide best practice solutions.

- Develop reports, dashboards, and automated workflows.

Requirements :

- Strong experience in ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules.

- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and Flow Designer.

- Knowledge of ServiceNow integrations and data imports.

- Understanding of CMDB structure and ITOM best practices.

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred.
