Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced SAP SD & GTS Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) modules, and will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting these SAP solutions to enable efficient and compliant international trade processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration and optimization of SAP solutions in the business.

Key Responsibilities :

- SAP SD Configuration : Configure and maintain SAP SD processes related to Sales Order Processing, Delivery Processing, Billing, and Pricing.

- SAP GTS Implementation : Implement and configure SAP GTS solutions to manage global trade compliance, import/export processes, and customs management.

- Manage integration between SAP SD and SAP GTS to ensure smooth coordination of sales and distribution functions with international trade requirements.

- Analyze and document business requirements related to international trade, customs compliance, and export/import management, translating them into SAP configurations and solutions.

- Ensure the effective management of customs declaration, duty calculation, and tariff management using SAP GTS.

- Support business teams in configuring export compliance, including Export Control, Restricted Party Screening, and Customs Declarations in SAP GTS.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as SAP MM, FICO, WM, and EWM to ensure seamless integration and end-to-end process functionality.

- Provide ongoing support to resolve issues related to SAP SD and SAP GTS processes, including troubleshooting and system enhancements.

- Conduct end-user training and provide guidance on best practices for SAP SD and GTS functionality.

- Manage system updates, patches, and enhancements related to SAP SD and GTS.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Minimum 5-10 years of experience as an SAP SD Consultant and SAP GTS Consultant.

- Strong experience with SAP SD module, including Sales Order Management, Delivery & Billing processes, and integration with other SAP modules.

- Deep understanding of SAP GTS, including Import/Export processes, customs management, compliance, and duty management.

- Hands-on experience with the integration of SAP SD and SAP GTS, including data transfer, document management, and trade compliance processes.

- Knowledge of trade compliance rules, restricted party screening, and global trade laws.

- Experience with SAP GTS Integration to manage customs declaration, tariff management, and import/export documentation.

- Strong understanding of SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA and related integrations.

- Experience in managing cross-functional SAP projects that involve both SD and GTS.

- Familiarity with SAP EDI, IDocs, and other tools used for seamless data exchange between systems.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with business stakeholders and IT teams.

Desired Skills :

- SAP Certification in SD or GTS (preferred).

- Experience with SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) versions, including SAP S/4HANA.

- Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications for enhanced user experience.

- Exposure to cloud-based SAP solutions and third-party logistics providers.

- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in international trade and their integration with SAP.

Education and Experience :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 5-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD and SAP GTS.

- Proven experience in the implementation and support of both SAP SD and SAP GTS modules.
