SAP SD/CS Consultant - E2E Implementation (5-10 yrs)

We are looking for an experienced SAP SD-CS Consultant with expertise in Sales and Distribution (SD) and Customer Service (CS) modules. The ideal candidate should have strong end-to-end implementation experience, hands-on configuration skills, and deep knowledge of integration with other SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement and configure SAP SD-CS solutions to meet business requirements.

- Handle order management, pricing, billing, and delivery processes in SAP SD.

- Manage service contracts, warranty management, and repair orders in SAP CS.

- Configure customer complaint management and service notifications.

- Work on SAP SD-CS integration with MM, FI, and PP modules.

- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP SD-CS issues.

- Optimize and automate business processes for sales and customer service.

- Conduct user training and documentation.

- Collaborate with key stakeholders for smooth project execution.

Required Skills & Expertise :

- SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) - Order management, pricing, billing, and deliveries

- SAP CS (Customer Service) - Service contracts, warranty, repair orders

- Integration Expertise - SAP MM, FI, and PP modules

- SAP Implementation & Support - End-to-end experience

- Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving - Strong debugging and configuration skills
