Junior Product Manager - Strategy & Roadmap (4-6 yrs)

Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Junior Product Manager with 3-6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product development, manage the product lifecycle, and ensure alignment with customer needs and business goals. This role is perfect for someone with a strong foundation in product management who is eager to grow their expertise in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Strategy and Planning :

- Assist in defining the product vision, roadmap, and strategy in alignment with company goals.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document product requirements.

2. Product Development and Delivery :

- Work with engineering, design, and QA teams to prioritize and deliver features on time.

- Create and manage detailed product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

- Ensure smooth and efficient sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.

3. Stakeholder Communication :

- Act as a liaison between business teams, customers, and development teams.

- Provide regular updates on product progress, risks, and opportunities to leadership and stakeholders.

4. Customer Focus :

- Gather and analyze customer feedback to enhance the product's value and usability.

- Monitor product performance post-launch and identify areas for improvement.

5. Data-Driven Decision Making :

- Leverage analytics tools to monitor KPIs and inform product decisions.

- Propose solutions backed by quantitative and qualitative data.

Qualification & Skills :

- Proven ability to manage the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision making.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana.

- Understanding of user experience (UX) design principles and practices.

- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

Nice-to-Have :

- Experience working on B2B SaaS products or in a startup environment.
