Salesforce Developer - OmniStudio/Vlocity (3-4 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking a Salesforce Omnistudio Developer with proven experience in implementing Salesforce solutions using Omnistudio components. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Omnistudio (Vlocity) and a strong foundation in the Salesforce platform, preferably with exposure to the banking domain. This role will focus on delivering configurable, scalable, and high-quality solutions to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Omnistudio Development :

- Develop and implement solutions using Omnistudio components such as Omniscripts, DataRaptors, FlexCards, and Integration Procedures.

- Design user-friendly and high-performing Omnistudio-based workflows to streamline business processes.

- Customize Salesforce applications using Omnistudio tools and ensure seamless integration with other Salesforce modules.

2. Solution Design and Integration :

- Design scalable solutions by leveraging Omnistudio capabilities and Salesforce best practices.

- Integrate Omnistudio components with Salesforce APIs and external systems as required.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable technical deliverables.

3. Banking Domain Solutioning :

- Develop tailored solutions for Salesforce implementations in the banking domain.

- Optimize workflows to meet banking-specific use cases such as customer onboarding, loan processes, and account management.

4. Testing and Documentation :

- Conduct unit testing and support end-to-end solution testing to ensure quality and performance.

- Create detailed technical documentation, including design specifications and system configurations.

5. Collaboration and Support :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, developers, and business analysts, to deliver project requirements.

- Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshoot Omnistudio issues, and ensure project success.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Core Salesforce Skills :

- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce Omnistudio/Vlocity components (Omniscripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures).

- 1+ year of in-depth experience in Salesforce Omnistudio across 2-3 projects.

- 3 to 4 years of overall Salesforce development experience, including Apex, LWC, and platform configuration.

Integration Skills :

- Experience integrating Omnistudio solutions with Salesforce APIs and third-party systems.

- Knowledge of Salesforce Data Model, declarative automation tools, and data transformation.

Banking Domain :

- Prior experience working on Salesforce projects for banking clients or familiarity with banking processes is preferred.

Additional Skills :

- Good understanding of Salesforce security models, best practices, and development lifecycle.

- Proficiency with Salesforce DevOps tools and agile project delivery.

Soft Skills :

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently in a fully remote, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Salesforce Omnistudio Developer Certification (preferred but not mandatory).

- Prior experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) or banking implementations.

- Exposure to version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
