Salesforce Developer - Health Cloud (3-4 yrs)

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with 3-4 years of experience, specializing in Health Cloud. This is a client-facing role, requiring strong technical expertise, communication skills, and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to deliver customized solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and customize Salesforce Health Cloud solutions to meet business requirements.

- Collaborate with clients to understand needs, gather requirements, and provide technical solutions.

- Design, develop, and deploy Apex classes, Lightning components (LWC), Visualforce pages, and APIs.

- Implement and optimize Health Cloud features, including care plans, provider relationships, and patient journeys.

- Work with Salesforce integrations, including REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party applications.

- Configure Flows, Process Builder, and Validation Rules to enhance automation.

- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare industry standards.

- Provide technical guidance and best practices to clients and internal teams.

- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring high performance and reliability.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3-4 years of Salesforce development experience with a strong focus on Health Cloud.

- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs.

- Experience in Salesforce Health Cloud configurations, including patient care, utilization management, and provider management.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce security models, sharing rules, and role hierarchies.

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations, including external systems and EHR/EMR platforms.

- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare data privacy regulations.

- Client-facing experience with the ability to engage stakeholders, gather requirements, and present solutions.

- Salesforce Health Cloud Certification (preferred).
