Salesforce Developer - CPQ Module (4-8 yrs)

Position Summary :

This role is responsible for the overall design, development, implementation, and support of the Salesforce environment. The position includes working closely with sales, marketing teams to develop various workflows, modules within Salesforce cloud environments as well as to identify requirements and opportunities for process improvements.

- Be the subject matter expert regarding Salesforce, usage, implementation, governance, development, and customization

- Work with internal sales, marketing, relationship management teams to determine project requirements & drive implementation using agile approach

- Perform application configuration, development, data integrations, testing and evaluation to ensure quality and consistency

- Manage user, profile, role, and license configuration of Salesforce users

- Create and manage Salesforce reports & dashboards

- Salesforce related platform development and integrations and peer QA Qualifications:

- B.S. in Computer Science/MIS/informatics is preferred but can be substituted with a combination of Certifications and experience

- 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce Administration & Development - Salesforce Administrator certification required

- Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification (or equivalent experience) - Salesforce

- Advanced Administrator certification (or equivalent experience) - Salesforce Platform App Builder certification (or equivalent experience)

- Must have experience in creating HubSpot workflows, and manage HubSpot API - HubSpot

- Content Experience Accreditation - HubSpot Platform Enablement Accreditation - HubSpot Solution

- Architecture Design Accreditation

- Experience with ETL tools and data integration development

- Working knowledge in HTML/XHTML, XML, JavaScript

- Knowledge of enterprise systems, CRM, CPQ and ERP

- Team player with strong communication and customer-focused service-based attitude

- Excellent analysis skills and the ability to develop and follow processes and methodologies

- Self-starter who can multi-task and work independently

- Detail-oriented individual with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies
