We are seeking an accomplished SAP Service Management Consultant with extensive experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing service management solutions within SAP. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP Customer Service (CS) and SAP S/4HANA Service modules and a proven ability to lead complex service management projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Service Management modules, including Customer Service (CS) and S/4HANA Service.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define processes, and deliver tailored solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Develop and optimize service processes such as service contracts, warranty management, field service, and repair processing.
- Manage integration with other SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, PP) and third-party systems to ensure seamless service operations.
- Perform data migration, validation, and testing to ensure system reliability and accuracy.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Conduct user training, change management, and post-go-live support for SAP service solutions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, user manuals, and process flows.
- Stay updated on the latest SAP innovations in service management and recommend continuous improvements.
Mandatory Skills :
- 15+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Service Management implementations and support.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP CS, SAP PM (Plant Maintenance), or S/4HANA Service modules.
- Expertise in service processes, including service orders, notifications, billing, and warranties.
- Strong understanding of integration points between service modules and other SAP components like SD, MM, and FI.
- Proficiency in SAP tools and technologies such as Fiori, OData, and UI5 for service management.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in SAP environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Nice to Have Skills :
- Experience with S/4HANA Service transformation projects.
- SAP certifications in Service Management or S/4HANA Service.
- Knowledge of industry-specific service processes (e.g., utilities, manufacturing, or telecommunications).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps tools for SAP project delivery.
Education :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
