Salesforce Technical Architect - Automotive Cloud Solutions (10-15 yrs)

Responsibilities :

Solution Architecture :

- Design and implement scalable Salesforce Automotive Cloud solutions tailored to industry-specific needs.

- Define technical architecture to optimize CRM processes, lead management, and customer experiences in the automotive sector.

Customization & Development :

- Configure and customize Automotive Cloud features, including lead-to-delivery workflows, inventory management, and customer engagement tools.

- Develop Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and APIs to extend platform functionality.

Integration :

- Integrate Automotive Cloud with third-party systems (e.g., DMS, ERP, IoT platforms) for seamless data flow.

- Implement middleware solutions to manage system interoperability.

Governance & Best Practices :

- Establish coding standards, security protocols, and data governance strategies.

- Ensure compliance with Salesforce and automotive industry best practices.

Collaboration & Leadership :

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to align solutions with automotive processes.

- Lead development teams and provide technical mentorship.

Performance Optimization :

- Monitor system performance, scalability, and reliability, optimizing as needed.

Skills Required :

Salesforce Expertise :

- Deep understanding of Salesforce Automotive Cloud features and CRM workflows.

- Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce integrations.

Technical Knowledge :

- Experience with data modeling, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware tools (Mulesoft, Informatica).

- Familiarity with industry-specific standards for data and process flows in automotive.

Soft Skills :

- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex projects.

Experience :

- 6+ years of Salesforce experience, with 2+ years working in Automotive Cloud or related CRM solutions.

- Proven track record of implementing large-scale Salesforce projects in the automotive domain.

Certifications (Preferred) :

- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA).

- Salesforce Automotive Cloud Accredited Professional.

- Salesforce Application or System Architect certifications.
