Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant - Implementation & Support (6-10 yrs)

Position Name : Senior - SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

Experience Required : 6+ Years

Location : Bangalore

We are looking for an SAP SuccessFactors consultant who has at least 2 end-to-end implementation experience. The consultant will be working closely with Business and will be part of SAP SuccessFactors team

Technical Competence :

- 6+ Years of SuccessFactors with minimum 2 End-to-End Implementations in SF Employee Central, PMGM

- Certified in SAP SuccessFactors EC & PMGM

- Knowledge in other modules like Succession Planning and Time Management is an added advantage.

- Good understanding of HR core processes.

- Thorough knowledge on the BCUI, MDF objects, Foundation Objects, RBP, Position Management, Data Models, Report Center etc.

- Expertise knowledge in configuring Goal, performance template.

- Knowledge in integration with other SuccessFactors modules.

- Experience working in Support and maintenance of SuccessFactors projects.

- Having Strong communication skills being a good team player.
