Job Description : BigFix Administrator

Location : Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai

Shift Timing : 5 PM to 2 AM

Experience : 4 to 10 years

Overview :

We are seeking a skilled BigFix Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 10 years of experience in managing and supporting BigFix environments. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of the BigFix platform, while also collaborating with various teams to implement and maintain systems that meet our organization's needs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and administer the BigFix environment, ensuring optimal performance and availability.

- Deploy, configure, and maintain BigFix components, including the BigFix Server, Console, and Clients.

- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to BigFix operations.

- Implement and manage security patches, updates, and compliance initiatives across endpoints.

- Develop and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement BigFix policies and procedures.

- Provide support and training to end-users and team members on BigFix functionalities.

- Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to endpoint management and security.

Qualifications :

- 4 to 10 years of experience as a BigFix Administrator or in a similar role.

- Strong knowledge of BigFix architecture, components, and deployment methodologies.

- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation and reporting.

- Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems, as well as endpoint management.

- Familiarity with IT security practices and compliance requirements.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with other endpoint management tools.

- ITIL certification or familiarity with ITIL processes.

- Relevant certifications in BigFix or endpoint management.
