Claims Functional Consultant - Life & Annuities Sector (6-10 yrs)

Job Title : CLAIMS FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT - LIFE & ANNUITIES

What You'll Do:

- As a Claims Functional Consultant, you'll be at the heart of our growth story, leading it from the front. We're looking for someone who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves, dive into the details, take charge and make an impact. Impress us with your experience in the end to end Claims process and how you have mastered this function. Here's what your day-to-day will look like:

- Solution Design : Design and recommend tailored claims solutions for our clients. Solutions should include claims management system implementations, process improvements, and automation strategies. Experience with any of the leading claims platforms like Guidewire ClaimCenter, Insurity, DuckCreek Claim, Sapiens, DXC Assure Claims etc. is highly recommended.

- Client Consultation : Help us write dynamic and vibrant proposals along with our pre-sales team. Act as a 'Claims' subject matter expert for Life & Annuity and/or Property & Casualty Insurance. Understand and analyze client business requirements as they relate to claims processing and management

- Be a Problem-Solver: Analyze and investigate the Claims Function (end to end) in the industry, looking for current/future trends, processes that need efficiency improvements, business areas and opportunities where Visionet should focus and build solutions driven by technology

- Industry Insight : Make a difference and stand out by staying updated on insurance industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies related to claims management and customer service

- Drive Change: We're growing fast, and we want you to help us initiate and shape our Insurance claims offerings. Your insights will directly influence how we improve and innovate as a vertical

What We're Looking For:

- Technical Knowledge : Proficiency with claims management systems specific to L&A (Sapiens, DXC Assure ClaimsDXC, FINEOS, Guidewire ClaimCenter) or P&C insurance (Guidewire ClaimCenter, Duck Creek Claims, Insurity, Majesco, OneShield Enterprise or any other Claims platforms)
