Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant (12-16 yrs)

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with 12+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of functional expertise in Oracle HCM modules along with technical skills for system configuration, customization, and integration. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting Oracle HCM solutions, optimizing business processes, and providing technical solutions to meet organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle HCM applications (including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Benefits, and more).

- Work with business teams to gather requirements and design functional solutions that align with organizational goals.

- Configure HCM modules, create customizations, and develop reports using Oracle tools.

- Manage system integrations with other enterprise applications, ensuring smooth data flow and integrity.

- Troubleshoot and resolve both technical and functional issues within the Oracle HCM system.

- Provide support and guidance to users on system functionality and best practices.

- Develop and execute test plans, conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), and assist with system rollouts.

- Collaborate with technical teams to implement data migration strategies and custom solutions.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 12+ years of experience with Oracle HCM (Cloud or On-Premise).

- Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Benefits.

- Proven experience in system configuration and customization of Oracle HCM applications.

- Proficiency with Oracle reporting tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, and Fast Formula.

- Experience in system integrations and data migrations.

- Solid understanding of Oracle technical frameworks (SQL, PL/SQL, APIs, Web Services).

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills :

- Oracle HCM Cloud certifications.

- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Middleware and Cloud Infrastructure
