US Internal Recruiter

Position Overview: We are seeking an Internal Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. This role will focus on internal hiring for our US operations, specifically targeting candidates located in the United States. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the staffing landscape.

📍 Location: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad (Work from Office)
📅 Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days working)
⏰ Shift Timings: 6:00PM to 3:00AM IST (Night Shift)
💰 Budget - Competitive, based on market standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to US locations.
• Utilize various sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, and networking, to attract qualified candidates based in the US.
• Manage the recruitment lifecycle for internal positions, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening and interviewing.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs within the US market.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Assist in developing and promoting the employer brand to attract top US talent.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  
  

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the staffing industry.
• Proven experience in hiring for US locations and a strong understanding of local labor markets.
• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations specific to the US.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
