As a US Recruiter , you are the welcoming face and the first voice potential candidates will encounter. You play a crucial role in shaping their initial experience with us, helping set a compassionate, supportive tone from the very beginning.

Responsibilities:

Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing qualified candidates for positions within the United States market

Skills required for a US recruiter:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sourcing and networking abilities
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Ability to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
• Understanding of the US job market and recruitment trends
• Negotiation skills
• Document and maintain accurate records

Requirement:

• Disticntly soft US accent
• Prior experience in recruitment life cycle
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with care.
• Familiarity with US healthcare services and/or homecare is a plus.
