Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for software products through various techniques such as BRD, FRD, and User Stories.
  
• Develop product roadmaps by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis.
  
• Create detailed specifications for new features or enhancements using Software Requirement Specifications (SRS) documents.
  
• Manage releases from planning to delivery by coordinating with cross-functional teams including development, testing, and quality assurance.
  
• Ensure effective change management processes are followed during the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-4 years of experience in business analysis or related field.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech/B.E.).
  
• Strong understanding of Agile Methodology and its application in an IT environment.
  
• Proficiency in creating clear documentation using tools like BRD, Product Backlog etc.
