Job Title: MERN Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs with Node.js and Express.js.
• Build responsive front-end applications using React.js and Next JS (Must).
• Integrate data storage solutions such as MongoDB and optimize database queries.
• Work with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) to deploy applications and manage infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers, to deliver high-quality software.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software applications.
• Follow Agile development methodologies and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in web development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development using the MERN stack.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
• Strong experience with React.js for front-end development, including state management with Redux or Context API.
• Expertise in server-side development with Node.js and Express.js.
• Experience working with MongoDB, including writing complex queries and working with aggregation pipelines.
• Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
• Experience with RESTful API design and integration.
• Strong understanding of responsive web design principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and deploying scalable applications.
• Knowledge of security practices in web development (e.g., JWT, OAuth).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
