Roles and Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival, welcome them to the hotel, and provide information about facilities and services.
  
• Assist with room service requests, take orders from guests, and deliver food and beverages promptly.
  
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas by clearing tables, restocking supplies, and organizing chinaware.
  
• Provide excellent guest service by serving meals according to customer preferences and dietary requirements.
  
• Ensure efficient handling of cash transactions at the counter or point-of-sale.
