Creative Manager at CocoCart & Cafe

As Brand Manager, youll play a pivotal role in shaping and elevating CocoCart & Cafe’s image, crafting cohesive marketing campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints. You’ll collaborate with various departments to bring the brand vision to life.

What you’ll do:

Digital Marketing & Social Media

• Develop and implement engaging social media strategies, including posts, reels, stories, and ads.
• Collaborate to shoot content, monitor trends, and cross-post on LinkedIn to showcase company culture.
• Partner with e-commerce and marketing teams to build a digital strategy in line with the annual marketing calendar.

Influencer Marketing & Partnerships

• Build relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors, crafting impactful campaigns across the marketing calendar.
• Identify, negotiate, and manage influencer contracts, and secure beneficial brand collaborations.
• Identify strategic partners, manage relationships, and coordinate joint campaigns that align with brand goals.
• Foster relationships with media, write press releases, and pitch stories to position the brand as a leader in the confectionery retail space.

Event Management

• Plan and execute monthly events, from brand launches to influencer-led experiences.
• Coordinate logistics, from vendor sourcing to guest lists, and create a standardised process for event execution.
