Job Description: Talent Sourcing Specialist

Position Summary:
The Talent Sourcing Specialist plays a critical role in the CNHs talent acquisition process by identifying, engaging, and nurturing exceptional candidates to meet business needs. This proactive and innovative individual focuses on building robust talent pipelines, maintaining relationships with potential candidates, and supporting recruitment efforts with a strategic approach to sourcing top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing and Talent Research:
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and engage highly qualified talent for open roles and future opportunities.
• Utilize various sourcing tools, including social media platforms, job boards, employee referrals, networking events, and Boolean search techniques.
• Conduct market and competitor research to map talent pools and identify target CNHs and potential candidates.
2. Candidate Engagement and Screening:
• Engage passive and active candidates using compelling messaging and employer branding strategies.
• Screen candidates for initial qualifications, cultural fit, and career aspirations to ensure alignment with CNH needs.
• Maintain regular communication with sourced candidates to nurture interest in future opportunities.
3. Pipeline Development:
• Build and maintain a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates for critical roles and areas of high demand.
• Leverage talent pools to fill positions quickly while minimizing the need for reactive sourcing.
• Document and organize candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or other recruitment tools.
4. Data Tracking and Reporting:
• Track key sourcing metrics, including pipeline growth, outreach effectiveness, and hire conversion rates.
• Provide regular reports and data-driven recommendations to improve sourcing processes.
• Monitor the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and adjust based on analysis.
5. Operational Activities:
• Support in operation activities related to talent acquisition as and when required.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience:
• 2-4 years of sourcing or talent acquisition experience.
• Familiarity with various sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and professional networks like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and talent mapping.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to inform decisions.
• Proficiency with ATS, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools.
