Job Purpose:
- The HRBM for Financial Services (FS) and IT functions will be responsible for overseeing the entire FS organization across India, including IT functions.
- The role, based in Gurugram, involves partnering with FS Business Leadership and IT Functional Leaders to manage the full spectrum of people and culture initiatives.
- This is an individual contributor role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition CoE to ensure hiring targets are met in alignment with the business plan.
- Maintain accurate data and utilize APAC reporting tools to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
- Partner with various Centers of Excellence (C&B, Talent, L&D, Organization Development) to roll out HR policies and frameworks.
- Establish and maintain initiatives that connect the organization with local communities to build brand reputation and social responsibility.
- Oversee performance evaluation processes and implement systems to align individual goals with business objectives.
-Design and execute employee engagement programs to boost morale and drive productivity across teams.
-Develop and promote diversity and inclusion strategies to create a more equitable and inclusive workplace.
- Conduct diagnostics to assess the current culture and implement initiatives that strengthen organizational values and behaviors.

Qualification and Experience:
Education: Postgraduate/MBA in HR.
Experience: 7-10 years in similar roles.
