Location: Mumbai (Central & Western).
Employment Type: Permanent & Full time.
Reports To: Senior Manager - People Experience.
- We're seeking an enthusiastic, proactive, and people-oriented HR Specialist to join our growing team and contribute to the success and well-being of our organization.
What You'll Do:
- Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process by attracting, interviewing, and hiring top talent to meet business needs, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
- HR Business Partner (HRBP): Partner with department heads and leadership to align HR initiatives with company goals, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
- Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle: Oversee the full employee journey, from a seamless onboarding process to career development, promotions, and offboarding, ensuring employees have the resources and support they need at every stage.
- Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and regulations, ensuring company policies and practices are compliant and that all HR-related documentation is accurate and legally sound.
- Employee Engagement: Foster a positive, inclusive work environment by building strong relationships with employees, addressing concerns, and promoting initiatives that enhance morale and productivity.
- Performance Management: Support managers in implementing performance evaluations, setting goals, and addressing underperformance through coaching and development programs.
- Learning & Development: Identify training and development needs, organize learning opportunities, and support employee growth through skill-building workshops, mentorship, and career planning.
- Compensation & Benefits: Assist in managing compensation structures, benefit programs, and salary reviews, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
- Employee Wellness & Well-being: Promote a healthy work-life balance and implement initiatives focused on employee wellness, mental health, and work satisfaction.
- HR Reporting & Analytics: Track key HR metrics (turnover, engagement, recruitment efficiency, etc), providing actionable insights to leadership for continuous improvement.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, mediating conflicts, and ensuring that all issues are addressed in a fair and timely manner.
