Qualification: Candidateshould have full time degree/diploma in Electrical Engineering.

Experience:

Essential:8 to 10 years ofexperience in Plant Maintenance Electrical activities in the Manufacturingsector related Aluminium Industry.

Desired: At least 5 years ofFurnace and Casting experience is a must. He should also have a good knowledgeHT line, Transformers PLC, Drives, HMIs etc.,

Job Profile: -

Ensure availability of electricalequipment as per desired / agreed level.

Adherence to and completion ofAnnual / periodic maintenance plan

Adherence to EHS norms and rulesand ensure that all concerned technicians /vendors are also following the same.

Create timely work orders /purchase orders / material requisition to ensure timely availability of spares/ material / services required to complete the maintenance plan as per desiredtimelines

Coordinate with Purchasedepartment on clearing technical specifications and with Stores department forreceipt of material and inspection.

Management Information Reports:

1.daily progress status onshutdown/turnaround activities.

2.shutdown/turnaround completionreport and communicate to all relevant dept. heads. 3.daily observation reportof maintenance activities. 4 monthly KPI report

4.Support maintenance lead inmanaging maintenance masters.

5. Ensure propermaintenance of tools and 5S in work area

6. Ensure optimalconsumption of spares and consumables without impacting equipment performance.
