Qualification:

Essential: Candidate should have B. Com /M.com. / Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Finance & Accounts (Full time)from reputed institute.

Desired: CA/CA (Intern) or MBA Finance.

Experience:

Essential: The candidate must have 7+ years ofexperience in Plant-Finance & Accounting Function, preferably in amanufacturing setup

Desired: Project exposure would be anadded advantage

JobProfile:

PositionDescription: Therole is responsible for consolidation and preparation of company financialstatements, reconciliation activities and overall financial closure process forthe company.

PositionResponsibilities: Undertakeperiodic review and implementation of accounting systems and SOPs followedacross the organization to ensure zero audit objections and adherence tostatutory compliances

Overseeand facilitate preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reportsfor respective units

Monitoraccounting for all units including general ledger, fixed asset accounting, accounts payables, accounts receivables and associated bill passing and bankreconciliation activities, while ensuring adherence to statutory requirements, corporate policies and procedure

Carryout review of balances on accounting system and perform reconciliation exerciseon a periodic basis for respective process or unit

MaintainMIS for F & A monitoring and reporting, ensure system is up to date andexplore further areas of automation regarding accounting activities ofrespective units

Monitorthe pre-closing activity with respect to monthly, quarterly and annual closingof accounts like review of accounting entries, open line items etc.
