Qualification:

Essential- Candidate should have Regular Degree / diploma in Metallurgy/ Mechanical /Electrical Engineering from reputed institute.

Desirable - Degree/PGDiploma in Operation/Production Management.

Experience:

Essential - 2-4years in Production Planning and control at any manufacturing company.

Desirable -Experiencein Plant Operation /Maintenance function preferably in the metal Industry inone lac capacity.

Job Profile:

Responsible for creating rolling & daily production plans for plant based on inputs such as customer orders withpriority, available inventory, machine lead time, manpower deployment, breakdowns, planned preventive maintenance and guidance from Lead, PPC

Update the finalized production plan(batch offers), material plan, dispatch plan & maintenance plan on thesystem

Cascade the daily production plan tosection wise & shift wise plans with defined timeframes and milestones, Support production team in creation of machine loading plans

Escalate any issues to Lead Plant PPICin a timely manner

Execute the material requirement planning(MRP) process as per defined SOPs to determine material requirement (RM/PM)

Responsible for modifications in theproduction plan, based on available stock of RM/ PM or breakdown or customerorder priority in discussion with key stakeholders

Update status of inventory availability, in-process material, production outputs, finished goods available, currentproduction, previous day's dispatch on a continuous basis.
