Roles and Responsibilities -

• Lead support for mobile banking applications, ensuring uptime and performance.
• Manage API integration between mobile apps, backend systems, and third-party services.
• Apply ITIL processes for Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes.
• Oversee system monitoring and optimize application performance.
• Mentor a team of support engineers and provide stakeholder communication.
• Mandatory Team management expertise
• 5+ years of experience in mobile banking application support.
• Hands-on experience with API integration.
• ITIL certification (v3/v4) with knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for mobile apps and backend systems.
