Job Description:

JD - Oracle Fusion HCM Functional:

• Total relevant experience in Oracle ERP (EBS+Fusion) more than 10 years in HCM.
• Minimum Fusion experience out of total experience is 5 years.
• Preference to candidates with Certification in Oracle Fusion.
• Should be able to configure the Oracle Fusion HCM modules based on customer's requirements.
• Troubleshooting skills and experience in the Fusion HCM project are mandatory.
• Ability to communicate with Business users on Business processes is a must.
• Must have experience in 2-3 Oracle Cloud ERP Implementation | Migration projects in Cloud Fusion HCM Modules.
• Troubleshooting skills and experience in the Fusion HCM project are mandatory.
• Experience of working in EMEA region and onsite client facing role.
• Familiar with Data Migration Tools of Oracle Fusion FBDI/AdFdi.
• Able to debug and give solutioning on EBS to Fusion Migration.
• Join immediately to with NP of 30days.
• Working from Office.
• Location will be Airoli office as exception Andheri.
• Comfortable to work in different time zone.
• Managed a Team of Technical & Functional.
• Ready to Travel as required with a valid passport.
• Able to Train and Mentor team in Oracle Fusion.
