Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manage Engine Tool Admin located in Navi Mumbai. The Manage Engine Tool Admin will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and maintenance of Manage Engine tools, ensuring optimal performance and security. The role includes managing configurations, monitoring system health, troubleshooting issues, and providing support to end users.

Qualifications

• Experience in administering Manage Engine tool- OpManager Implementation required
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems management
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Relevant certifications such as Manage Engine Certified Professional (Opmananger) is a plus
