Implementation of IT Management Solutions: Deployed and configured ITSM, ITAM, and ITOM solutions, including Service Desk Plus (on-premises and cloud), Asset Explorer, and OpManager

Product Migration and Upgrades: Migrated ITSM, ITAM, and ITOM products to cloud platforms, enhancing scalability, and conducted upgrades with minimal disruption to ensure system reliability and performance.

Implementation Delivery: Executed projects remotely and onsite, adhering to timelines and minimizing operational impact, while managing end-to-end deployment and proactively addressing potential challenges.

Post-Implementation Support: Provided technical support, resolved post-deployment issues, and ensured long-term performance optimization and user satisfaction through continuous engagement and training.

SOP and Workflow Development: Designed and documented Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline implementation processes and established workflows to ensure consistent and efficient project execution.

Team Leadership and Product Training: Led a 6-member team, ensuring high performance. Delivered product training to internal teams and clients, enhancing their IT solution knowledge.
