Implementation of IT Management Solutions: Should have exp in Deploying and configuring ITSM, ITAM, and ITOM solutions, including ServiceDesk Plus (on-premises and cloud)and OpManager, tailored to client needs.

Expertise in ITSM modules such as Incident, Service, Asset, Project, Problem, Change, Release, Solution, Contract Management, CMDB, and integration with Analytics Plus for dashboards and reports

Implementation Delivery: Executed projects remotely and onsite, adhering to timelines and minimizing operational impact, while managing end-to-end deployment and proactively addressing potential challenges.

Post-Implementation Support: Provided technical support, resolved post-deployment issues, and ensured long-term performance optimization and user satisfaction through continuous engagement and training

SDP (Service Desk Plus ) or OPManager Experience is mandatory

Work Experience : - 5 to 10 years (Relevant Minimum 2 years in Manage Engine)
