Job Description

  1. Outreach and Lead Generation:
  • Conduct outreach to potential leads via email, calls, and LinkedIn.
  • Learn and apply best practices for engaging with leads, using CRM tools to track progress.
  • Assist in nurturing warm leads and following up to maintain engagement.
  1. Pitching and Engagement:
  • Participate in outreach efforts, supporting the team in delivering product or service pitches.
  • Develop and practice effective messaging to capture the interest of prospects.
  • Someone who is confident and proactive in reaching out and initiating conversations over the phone.
  1. Meeting Scheduling and Conversion:
  • Help schedule meetings with prospects who show interest in moving forward.
  • Learn how to track meetings and follow up with prospects to increase conversion from meeting to opportunity.
  1. Reporting and Monitoring:
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts, responses, and scheduled meetings.
  • Provide updates to the team on progress and assist in tracking key performance metrics.
  • Participate in weekly team check-ins to discuss activities and learn from feedback.
  1. Tools and Resources Management:
  • Familiarize yourself with CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics 365) and scheduling tools (e.g., Calendly).
  • Use sales scripts and templates provided by the team to ensure consistent outreach.
  • Leverage resources to streamline scheduling and communication processes.
  1. Collaboration and Team Support:
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams, gaining insights and feedback to improve outreach efforts.
  • Participate in team activities and training sessions to develop your skills.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks and assist with lead qualification when needed.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: No prior experience is required. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn and start a career in B2B sales or lead generation.
  • Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills with a willingness to learn how to engage with prospects.
  • Proficiency with Tools: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and an eagerness to learn CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics 365) and scheduling tools (e.g., Calendly).
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, even in a fast-paced environment.
  • Goal-Oriented: A strong desire to achieve targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and learn new things.
