Cultivate and maintain relationships with AWS to generate business.
Build and drive a comprehensive alliance & partner program that maps solutions/capabilities to vertical industries through partners.
Identify new partnership opportunities with the existing/potential partners, evaluate their suitability, and negotiate partnership agreements.
Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate partnerships effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
Develop and maintain relationships at senior levels, including C-level executives to deepen partner relationships.
Manage the operational cadence of business reviews (MBR, QBR).
Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, product management, and engineering to leverage partner capabilities and drive joint initiatives.
Must-have Qualifications, Skills & Experience
B.E/B.Tech/MCA with a minimum experience 10+ years experience in sales or partnership management, strategic alliances, or consulting experience in the software/technology industry.
Deep experience within the AWS ecosystem.
Experience in business development with maturity to be able to work with stakeholders through all layers of the partners and clients.
Stay updated on AWS advancements and market trends, tailoring solutions to specific client needs.
A strong customer service orientation and ability to build long-term sustainable and fruitful partner relationships.
