Full Stack Developer (Java & PHP)

Role Title: Full Stack Developer (Java & PHP).

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana.

Reporting to IT organization: IT Team, DTE.

Purpose to hire this position: Java and PHP development and support for ECU Air project.

Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in computer science or related information technology.

Technical Experience.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Masters degree is a plus.

Strong proficiency in Java and PHP, with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.

5+ yrs experience with Java frameworks (e g, Spring, Hibernate) and PHP frameworks (e g, Laravel, Symfony).

Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.

Proficiency in relational database management systems, particularly MySQL or PostgreSQL.

Experience with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries (e g, Vue.js, React, Angular).

Knowledge of RESTful API design and development.

Experience with microservices architecture and containerization technologies (e g, Docker, Kubernetes).

Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.

Knowledge of caching mechanisms and performance optimization techniques.

Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of leading and mentoring development teams.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Key Responsibilities.

Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Java and PHP.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth.

Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.

Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate backend logic with frontend interfaces.

Optimize application performance and scalability through effective code optimization and database tuning.

Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in production environments, providing timely resolution.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the development team.
