Position Overview.

We are seeking a dynamic Technical Product Manager with a strong background in vehicle lending and IT product management.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving the development and enhancement of our lending products, ensuring they meet customer needs and align with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities.

Product Strategy: Define and execute the product vision and strategy for vehicle lending solutions, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market demands.

Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product development and positioning.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and compliance, to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.

Requirements Gathering: Gather and document product requirements through collaboration with customers, stakeholders, and user feedback, translating them into clear specifications for the development team.

Product Development: Oversee the product development lifecycle, including planning, design, implementation, and testing, ensuring products are delivered with high quality and functionality.

Performance Monitoring: Analyze product performance metrics post-launch, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous enhancement initiatives.

Customer Engagement: Engage with customers and partners to gather feedback, conduct usability testing, and ensure product satisfaction.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all lending products comply with industry regulations and company policies, maintaining high standards of governance.

Qualifications.

Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.

4+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on vehicle lending or financial services.

Strong understanding of lending processes, credit risk assessment, and customer experience.

Proven experience in IT product management, with a solid grasp of Agile methodologies and software development processes.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Experience with data analysis tools and techniques to drive data-informed decision-making.

Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the lending industry is a plus.
