Key Responsibilities

Solution Design: Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand Finance team /management team requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solutions

Design scalable and sustainable solutions that align with industry best practices

Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations modules to meet Finance team & Management team needs

Data Migration: Plan, execute, and oversee data migration activities, ensuring accurate and secure transfer of data from legacy systems to Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations

Integration: Collaborate with integration teams to design and implement integration solutions between Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and other systems such as CRM, third-party applications, and data warehouses

Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the accuracy, functionality, and reliability of implemented solutions

Identify and resolve any issues or defects that arise during testing

Training and Documentation: Provide end-user training and create user documentation to ensure effective adoption of the Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solution

Address user questions and concerns to ensure a smooth transition to the new system

Project Management: Work closely with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements

Monitor progress, identify potential risks, and propose mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery

Support and Troubleshooting: Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting assistance to Finance teams, addressing any issues or inquiries related to the Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solution

Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest developments and updates in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and related technologies

Share knowledge and insights with the team to drive continuous improvement
