SFDC B2B Lead

Job Description:

• Experience - 5 to 10 Years
• Hands-on experience in implementing Salesforce Lightning B2B Commerce Cloud
• Strong CRM knowledge and experience in Salesforce Experience Cloud, Apex, Flows and LWC components
• Excellent communication skills for client interactions on functionalities and integrations.
• Design scalable, high-performance B2B commerce solutions on the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform. Ensure that architecture aligns with best practices, business requirements, and Salesforce capabilities.
• Lead the technical team in implementing Salesforce B2B Commerce solutions. Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical oversight to developers and support personnel. Make sure that the team is following the coding standards.
• Develop and implement integration strategies to connect SFCC with ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems. Ensure seamless data flow between systems, optimizing for speed, accuracy, and security.
• Ensure high performance and scalability of B2B commerce applications. Conduct performance analysis and optimizations, addressing bottlenecks and ensuring system reliability.
