Job Description
Looking for a motivated and resourceful Founders Office Intern to join our team. This role will provide you with a unique opportunity to work closely with the founders, gaining firsthand experience in startup operations, strategy, and growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
- Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Project Support:
- Assist in the planning and execution of key projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with various teams to gather information and facilitate project workflows.
- Communication & Coordination:
- Help manage communications between the founders and internal/external stakeholders.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take notes during discussions.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Create and maintain documentation for processes, project updates, and reports.
- Assist in preparing presentations and materials for internal and external use.
- General Support:
- Provide administrative support to the Founders Office as needed.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving operations.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with project management tools.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous internship or work experience in a startup environment or related field.
- Passion for entrepreneurship and a desire to learn about startup operations and strategy.
