Job Description
The Strategy Executive will support the strategic direction of the company by conducting in-depth research, analyzing market data, and working with cross-functional teams to drive key business initiatives. This role requires strong analytical skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Market and Competitive Analysis: Conduct comprehensive research on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential opportunities and challenges.
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Support the planning and implementation of strategic projects, working closely with team members to ensure goals are met.
- Data Analysis: Gather, analyze, and interpret data to evaluate the effectiveness of business strategies and recommend improvements.
- Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations that summarize research findings and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
- Collaboration: Work with teams across departments (e.g., marketing, finance, product) to align strategic initiatives with organizational goals.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and measure the performance of strategic initiatives, using KPIs and metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in strategy, business analysis, consulting, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and experience with analytical tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL, Tableau).
- Excellent communication skills, with experience preparing presentations and reports.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.
