Implementation Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee multiple implementations for customers, ensuring

completion within scope and timelines.

• Client Collaboration: Engage closely with clients to understand their business

requirements, aligning proposed solutions to meet these needs.

• Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal

teams (Product and Operations), coordinating solution delivery and managing any issues

or changes in requirements.

• Training and Support: Organize and conduct training sessions for client stakeholders

and end-users as needed, providing ongoing support to ensure successful adoption.

• Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from clients and stakeholders to identify

areas for improvement in both implementation processes and product functionality.

• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including timelines,

configuration settings, and training materials.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelors degree, preferably in IT.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in implementation, ideally within travel trade
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with software solutions and integrations, such as API,

SSO, and HRMS.

• Project Management Skills: Proficient in using project management tools like Jira.
• Client-Focused Mindset: Strong customer service skills, with a focus on building and

maintaining client relationships and exceeding expectations.

• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with the

capability to explain complex technical concepts in accessible language for diverse

audiences.

• Problem Solving: Proactively identify potential challenges and develop innovative

solutions for smooth project execution.

• Time Management: Skilled at prioritizing tasks, managing multiple projects

concurrently, and meeting deadlines.

• Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with product, tech, and business teams

to ensure seamless implementation.

Preferred Qualifications:

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the travel industry.

Technical Skills: Basic understanding of data integration,SQL, or API management tools.
