Senior Manager - Accounts & Finance - CA - NBFC (5-8 yrs)

Role: Sr. Manager Finance & Accounts

Reporting to - VP Finance & Accounts

Function: Finance and Account

Location: Gurgaon

We have an excellent opportunity for the position of Manager/Sr. Manager- Finance & Accounts with one of the top growing fintech organization. Reporting to VP- Finance.

Experience: 5-8 years

Education: CA with 5 to 8 PQE.

Industry Required: NBFC Industry.

Responsibilities:

- Monthly /Annual closing of books as per I GAAP /IND AS and preparation of statutory financials.

- Preparation of full set of Annual/ Half yearly Standalone and Consolidated financials.

- Evaluate and monitor risks, upgrade Controls/IFCs regarding the operations of the Company on an ongoing basis.

- Leading the IND- AS transition of books.

- Focus on accurate and timely financial reporting, and presentation to the Management.

- Co-ordination with Statutory (Big 4) and Internal auditors (Big 4).

- Designing of SOPs and plugging the gaps in process.

- Prior experience in transition to IND AS and NBFC is preference but not mandate.

- MIS/information as and when required by the management.

- Co-ordinating with different departments for desired information and closure of key responsible areas.

Skills Required:

1. Knowledge of Schedule 3, I GAAP and IND AS.

2. Prior Experience of IND AS must.

3. Chartered Accountant.

4. Should bring deep knowledge of Indian accounting, taxation and statutory laws, strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset.

5. Self-Starter, Individual driver of results.
