About the Job:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our team in Bangalore.
This role focuses on building and nurturing strong relationships with clients in the BFSI sector, understanding their staffing needs, and delivering exceptional service through our non-IT staffing solutions.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in client management, sales, and team leadership within the contract staffing domain.
This position carries sales responsibility and P&L accountability.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients in the BFSI sector, understanding their needs, preferences, and objectives.
- Regularly engage with clients to provide updates on products/services, address concerns, and gather feedback.
- Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) between clients and the organization.
- Operate from the customer location to foster deeper relationships and understanding of their environment.
Strategic Planning & Business Development:
- Develop and execute strategic plans for existing accounts to maximize growth and retention.
- Generate requirements from new and existing clients.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned customer accounts across verticals and geographies.
- Improve wallet share and mitigate competition through effective execution, speed, and agility.
Sales & Revenue Generation:
- Achieve sales targets in terms of clients acquired and Master Service Agreements (MSAs) signed.
- Drive results and efficiency in the sales process.
- Be instrumental in dealing with clients and streamlining the collection process, ensuring invoicing accuracy.
- Be responsible for P&L accountability for the business.
Recruitment & Team Leadership:
- Guide and motivate the team to source profiles, screen them, and engage with candidates.
- Consistently maintain a high shortlist-to-interview-to-select ratio.
- Be hands-on in recruitment activities and contribute significantly to total closures.
Submittals and Follow-up:
- Make timely submissions and provide all necessary information to clients for end-client submissions.
- Follow up with clients on the progress of submittals.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to maintain engagement and track progress.
Market Intelligence:
- Gather information on key stakeholders and conduct meetings to understand their needs and influence.
Stakeholder Management:
- Interact with all stakeholders daily within the customer organization, identifying and fulfilling immediate opportunities.
Requirements:
Education: MBA preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in client management within non-IT staffing recruitment, specifically in the BFSI industry.
- Proven track record of success in contract staffing.
- Experience in sales and P&L accountability.
Skills:
