Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Category Manager to join our team
This role is pivotal, encompassing general management responsibilities like product management, marketing, and business strategy
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in problem-solving, driving growth, and showcasing leadership skills
Experience in consulting will be highly beneficial
Owned ResponsibilitiesBusiness Strategy Formulate and implement business strategies to achieve growth targets
Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and areas for expansion
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners and clients
Leadership Mentor and guide a team of BD folks, category managers and other relevant staff
Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team
Demonstrate strong decision-making skills and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environmentCross functional ResponsibilitiesProduct Management Lead the development and enhancement of product offerings
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product alignment with market needs and business goals
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product innovation
Marketing Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive product adoption and brand visibility
Coordinate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns that resonate with our target audience
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly Qualifications MBA with 2-3 yrs Experience
Preference for people with consulting background Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving targets
