A Senior Product Manager @ Clear will play a leading role in helping us build on our promise and 10x our growth over the next 5 years. 1.) Lead the end-to-end agenda for a Product across revenue and delivery 2.) identify new/ adjacent opportunities for building new products/businesses with a deep focus on making our customers successful. Our new initiatives are Zero To 1 or 1 to 100 journeys which will both bring high visibility and push you to have a bias for action in an initially ambiguous yet ambitious goal. You would work with a small multidisciplinary team of designers, analysts, engineers & architects, Sales, & Account management - with a common goal of shipping high quality, customer backwards products and features. Experience: 3-5 years Location: Bangalore Responsibilities of Senior Product Manager at CLEAR Clear strives to create an organization with a product-led culture. In this context, we expect our Product Leads to own the product end-to-end - across product strategy, solutioning & delivery, usage & customer success, and GTM design. Experience/Must have Org: Mid-Large Tech/B2B SAAS Experience: 3+ years of product management experience with a hands-on experience of working in zz B2B SAAS) Understanding of cloud services and/or implementation of the same within B2B environment Experience in 10-100 journey of product (basically scaling products) is a must Preferable/Good to have Experience in fintech products a plus Some startup experienceREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PRODUCT LEAD AT CLEAR CA or B.Tech/M.Tech in computer science, electrical engineering or similar field, or experience as a Product Owner/startup Founder; MBA / Consulting background is a plus 3-6 years of overall experience, with 3+ years as a Product Manager (preferably in SaaS / B2B SaaS company) Proven track record of working in an engineering role initially (2-3 years) and later transitioned into a product management role (good to have) Strategic mindset and bias for action. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills You have launched & iterated successful products and features Excellent organization and communications skills, with experience communicating across groups with varying degrees of technical background. Prior strong track record in owning and executing product strategy through the entire product life cycle from inception to go-to-market. Candidate should be comfortable speaking in forums and leading meetings with customers Ability to establish credibility and rapport with engineers, customers, senior executives, and team members You should thrive in the fast-paced, ambiguous environment of a start-up Solid hands-on experience and desire to continue to build customer stories and work closely with development teams and user experience teams
