Job Description

A Senior Product Manager at Clear will play aleading role in helping us build on our promise and 10x our growth over thenext 5 years.

1.) Lead the end-to-end agenda for a Productacross revenue and delivery

2.) identify new/ adjacent opportunities forbuilding new products/businesses with a deep focus on making our customerssuccessful. Our new initiatives are Zero To 1 or 1 to 100 journeys which willboth bring high visibility and push you to have a bias for action in aninitially ambiguous yet ambitious goal.

You would work with a smallmultidisciplinary team of designers, analysts, engineers & architects,Sales, & Account management - with a common goal of shipping high quality, customer backwards products and features.

Responsibilities of Senior Product Manager at CLEAR

Clear strives to create an organizationwith a product-led culture. In this context, we expect our Product Leads toown the product end-to-end - across product strategy, solutioning &delivery, usage & customer success, and GTM design.

Experience/Must have

Org : Mid-Large Tech/B2B SAAS

Experience: 3+ years of product management experience with a hands-onexperience of working in zz B2BSAAS)
Understanding of cloud services and/or implementationof the same within B2B environment
Experience in 10-100 journey of product (basicallyscaling products) is a must

Preferable/Good to have

Experience in fintech products a plus
Some startup experience

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PRODUCT LEAD AT CLEAR

CA or B.Tech/M.Tech in computer science, electrical engineering orsimilar field, or experience as a Product Owner/startup Founder; MBA /Consulting background is a plus
3-6 years of overall experience, with 3+ years as a Product Manager(preferably in SaaS / B2B SaaS company)
Proven track record of working in an engineering role initially (2-3years) and later transitioned into a product management role (good to have)
Strategic mindset and bias for action. Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills
You have launched & iterated successful products and features
Excellent organization and communications skills, with experiencecommunicating across groups with varying degrees of technical background.
Prior strong track record in owning and executing product strategythrough the entire product life cycle from inception to go-to-market.
Candidate should be comfortable speaking in forums and leadingmeetings with customers
Ability to establish credibility and rapport with engineers,customers, senior executives, and team members
You should thrive in the fast-paced, ambiguous environment of astart-up
Solid hands-on experience and desire to continue to build customerstories and work closely with development teams and user experience teams
